My wife and I met Audrey while viewing one of her property listings. Her knowledge and expertise where immediately apparent. She made it clear, that while viewing one of her listings, she could only represent the seller, but would be happy to set us up with a colleague if we were interested in pursuing the property. While we decided not to move forward with that property, we decided right away that we would have Audrey evaluate our home and help us in a search for a new home. She gave us pointers on getting our home ready for sale. We followed those tips and the first weekend the home was on the market, it was an unseasonably cold and snowy weekend in March, we had 8 showings, an open house, and 3 offers!!
